Are your products hypoallergenic?
Yes. Our jewellery is safe for sensitive skin.
How should I care for my jewellery?
- Wipe clean with a soft cloth
- Avoid harsh chemicals like perfumes and lotions
- Store separately to prevent scratching
Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
UK delivery takes 2–4 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free UK shipping on orders over £40.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment, we are currently shipping within the UK only.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days and issued as store credit.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer store credit only. Refunds are only provided for faulty or incorrect items, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Are earrings returnable?
No. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How do I start a return?

Gifts
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Orders do not include pricing information, and you may enter the recipient’s address at checkout.
