RETURNS POLICY

Returns Policy — Dear Zemour

We hope you love your Dear Zemour pieces as much as we loved designing them. If for any reason you would like to return an item, please read the policy below.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original packaging
  • Free from damage or signs of wear

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Earrings
  • Earring sets
  • Pierced jewellery of any kind

These items are final sale.

Store Credit

Refunds are not issued.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit, which does not expire and can be used on any future purchase at Dear Zemour.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

You will be entitled to a replacement or a refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
